A note about these files. They are all PDF file formated. They can be downloaded from our site using the “save as” function on your browser tool box/menu bar. They have been stored as medium resolution format to reduce file space and increase downloading. If on occasion you wish to obtain a high resolution copy of any file, simply email us and we’d be happy to forward to you a high resolution copy.
